Our hotel got changed to the Hotel Plaza el Bosque Suites. First we had to wait, then we were booked into a room that was already occupied, then finally it worked!

...fortunately we got a lunch buffet for free until the problem was solved! Woohoo, Chilenian beef as much you can eat! Heaven on earth :-)
With the bus and metro we went to Hotel Caesar in Santiago. Unfortunately they have a problem with our room...
