Andrea exhausted by the mountain hiking and long bus trip from
Valparaiso to Santiago to Rancagua to San Fernando and Santa Cruz
where we arrived at 7pm after a 5hrs trip

Having lunch at the bus terminal, before heading south to San Fernando
and Santa Cruz

The green trolley buses manufactured in Switzerland! Unfortunately the
only sign of a "green" city energy-wise

Carneval in front of historic building. They made us wear a star and
moon symbol. My moon however looked like a banana, and people thought
I am the fruit man :-)

Even a "less car accident" group was featured. Very cute!

Next morning we took another elevator up the hill

They had no room at the bed & breakfast, but offered us to sleep on
the floor!
